My Zarraffa's Z Card® is lost/stolen. How do I get a new one?
Unfortunately, you will have to purchase a new Zarraffa’s Z Card® from one of our stores. If you would like to have your details and accrued $Z transferred to your new Zarraffa’s Z Card® please follow the instructions below;
Simply pay the $7.50 admin fee to receive your new Zarraffa’s Z Card® and receipt
Complete an issue form application flyer (ask a staff member for one) making sure you tick the box ‘Lost/Stolen’
Give this form back to the store with your receipt, or mail them both to our PO Box
Please allow 30 days, from the time Head Office receive your form, for your details to be transferred

Where do I find the PIN number to register my Zarraffa's Z Card®?
Your PIN number is located on the back of your Zarraffa’s Z Card® as well as on your receipt when you purchased your card. If you are unsure, you can head to www.zarraffas.com/contact-us and fill out the contact form for assistance.

How do I become a Zarraffa’s Z Card® member?
We can’t wait for you to join the herd! Simply download the Zarraffa’s Coffee Mobile app and click “register” or drop into your local Zarraffa’s Coffee store to join.
How do I find my rewards?
You can find all of your rewards on the Zarraffa’s Coffee website. Simply visit the Z Card Loyalty webpage (https://zarraffas.com/zarraffas-z-card), and sign in using your Zarraffa’s Z Card® membership details. Once logged into your Loyalty Dashboard, your profile will show your details along with your available rewards and their expiry dates.
Using the mobile app? No worries! You can find all of your rewards on the Zarraffa’s Coffee Mobile App. Simply download the app and log in using your Zarraffa’s Z Card® membership details. Once logged into the app you will find a menu at the bottom of your screen where you can select “Rewards”. You will then be taken to a new page where you will be able to view all of your current rewards.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Let your barista know that you would like to use a reward on your card. When they scan your Z Card, your barista will be able to view and select your reward type to redeem. This option is also available for app members upon scanning their Z Card code.
What happened to my birthday credit?
We’ve now migrated your Z$ birthday credit to a Happy Birthday Reward Token! This means you can now use your birthday reward to redeem any drink of your choice (size and extras included) as a special birthday gift from Zarraffa’s to you. Your Happy Birthday Token will be loaded to your account on the 1st day of your registered birthday month, and it is valid for 3 months.
